Our Structural Insulated Panel Systems (SIPS) panels come something like building blocks, a bit like adult size Meccano set that are easy to install and have a paintable durable skin both inside and out. No need for coordinating a team of tradesman. Our modular system is easy to erect and comes in a complete kit ensuring your home is to lock up stage in a matter days! Any competent handyman can install our Easy Built Modular Kit as they come in a flat pack kit with a complete set of easy to follow DIY instructions including what you need to do for your local council obligations– we make it simple and stress free.

Structural Insulated Panel Systems (SIPS). These systems have been widely used through out Europe and the US and are now being made available in Australia due to the huge demand for better energy efficiency in our buildings. These panels consist of a Sheet of Fibre cement laminated to both sides of an insulation core. Our insulation panels are not only Fire Retardant providing excellent insulation qualities, they are highly durable and impact resistant. Our Standard Modpods come with our energy efficient wall, floor and roofing systems, and you can choose implement further upgrades on the already efficient pod design by adding double glazed windows, solar power, solar hot water, high energy star rated appliances to reduce the energy consumption of the building.

Pretty much everything to construct the shell to lock up and fit out the interior as you desire. All you need is to connect the services with your trades and move the furniture in! We do offer a fit-out package of specifications if you would like to make it really simple, so that everything goes together and looks simply fabulous. They include a complete internal fit out of floor coverings, paint, kitchen and bathroom, delivery and installation is costed separately and based on site location. We really do make it easy for you. We welcome any discussion to try and adapt any special requirements that you would like us to include.

Absolutely you can. We certainly don't mind leaving some of the work for you to do, so you can put your flare into the Modpod.

Permits may be required depending on the size of the Modpod you choose. You will need to contact your local council to check requirements in your area. Our Modpods have been architecturally designed and engineered so all working drawings are available when you order your kit. It’s important that you check out the new Complying Development regulations relating to secondary buildings and/or Granny Flats. As long as certain minimum conditions are met you can have your council approval within Ten (10) days. Alternatively, you can engage a Private Certifier to confirm whether your chosen site and home are suitable for a Complying Development.

Our Modular kits are engineered for any floor whether it’s an adjustable pier system or concrete slab. This is discussed in more detail with the initial enquiry

Our Modpods can be manufactured with service ducts for the electrical and plumbing in specified areas, so all you have to do is run the wiring cables and plumbing conduct through. You will need to engage a fully A licensed plumber and electrician will need to complete these works when installing your Modpod Modular Kit home.
